Well, that is how the letter started that we received from the IRS today

It is Officially Official:)
Birth Mother Baskets is a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit Charity!!
And the best news is that it is retroactive back to August 16th, 2010.
We cannot even put into words the feelings and emotions we have felt today. This has been the most incredible journey, and we realize this is only the beginning.
There is no way we could have done this without all of your love, support and donations. THANK YOU!
